According to a New York Times article,we have doctors,nurses,etc.,that are aiding and abetting our ability to get crucial information out of enemy combatants.
The testimony to these infractions are derived by the "International Committee Of Services".

Red Cross investigators complained that these medical personal did not intervene in so called tortures, and are ,as a result ,coconspiritors to such mean methods of extracting information, as "waterboarding,isolation, sleep deprivation".
