Yes I Can: How about more "Pork" Pie, it'll be a lot more transparent this administration. Obama's top budget official on "Pork in the current legislation: "We want to make sure that earmarks are reduced and they are transparent". That's 8,600 earmarks totaling $7.7 billion. Can we make "CHANGE", Yes We Can!!
